It's happening in general. I have the same
error on kde 3.5.10. Trinity
(all) as well as other similar applets.
Something must have happened to the network.
It's rather scary.
There was a change in url from which weather information are obtained.

If you are running Trinity R14.0.4~preliminary or 3.5.13.3~preliminary on
Debian or Ubuntu, you can simply update - packages are ready :)
