Keeping TDE online costs many thousands of dollars every year, largely due to bandwidth and storage costs that can't be reduced without disabling services. Around 25% of these costs were received in 2016; it becomes easier for me to be able to work on TDE if that number is closer to 50%. We had far lower numbers in 2015, so at least the trend is good!
