the log I see that instead of nouveau is used vesa. It is not good.
Yes, I noticed that but thought it was related to teh fact that it was
using teh default monitor.

According to this commit, support for nvidia GK106 is not yet available
in nouveau. I guess the only chance is to use the (ugly) binary drivers.
