Looks like you are using TDE stable for Debian Bullseye with Devuan
Chimaera which should work.
Aehm, no, that stopped working some time ago. I use
http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity-testing for years now and it's definitly
better (for me at last) than stable.

However the dmo5 above suggests that you're also using Debian Multimedia.
Do you actually need that?
What please is the output of:
apt-cache policy libxine2-plugins
