mirror.ets.kth.se should be taken out of the list of mirrors; it seems completely broken at the moment (almost everything 404s).

This will be the first mirror that will come online when the mirror system rebuild progresses further. As I mentioned earlier I do not expect any access to be restored before Jan 1 2011.
