Um, all I see is 3.5.13 tarballs and Ubuntu/Debian stuff.
Will the packages for other distros become available too?
If yes (be patient Grasshopper), will the packagers be able
to do their own syncing?
If no, then what should the other distro packagers do?
I still don't see any packages other than Ubuntu. Am I missing something
obvious?

No. I am still working on getting the files to a high speed mirror.
The actual size of the entire archive is approximately 130GB, probably due
to the nightly builds and the new RedHat packages. As you can imagine
that amount of data takes quite a long time to transfer.
