Things will most likely get even worse, as yesterday the EU "parlament" decided
to drop net neutrality. Well, I was told TCP/IP works with doves, too :-/

you've used the wrong keyserver, please try:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net
--recv-key A04BE668
Thanks, Nik! Meanwhile her U&^$&^( ISP has slowed me down to the point of
unusability, presumably under their "fair use policy", so I have had to stop,
and shall have to try again later. Grr.
