Hello,

Since I upgraded my Debian 12, a folder has been created on my desktop with this name (sic): T󿻩l󿻩chargement. (the attached image shows it. (in english "Download"). Before, the name of this folder was : "Téléchargement", I could change it by "Telechargement" I can't delete it or change its name. In /home/andre/ I have the two folders : Téléchargement & Telechargement

What happens with this folder ?

UTF-8 vs. ISO-watever encoding.
