Seems like it is available, I am not an Arch user tried it back when it
first came out my system wasn't fast enough to be able to build everything
on the fly. I know a few people that use it and they like it.
Something lights in my head - I also recall years ago someone was telling me
that everything is build from scratch, but I think it was gentoo.
Also I do not see Quanta+ in the list of packages (at least on my PC)
