obviously I answered n as it didn't look safe for tde.
Can it be safely allowed?
You don't say which distro you're running but I'm guessing from
that list that you're running Debian Jessie or Stretch. I'd also
guess that at some point in time you installed some high level TDE
meta packages and subsequently removed them.
The answer to your question is if you need the space look at the
description of each package suggested for autoremoval and see if
you need it. Hopefully you don't need the space in which case
you can just ignore the suggestions.
We don't know what you need and can't tell you what you should keep.
