Huh? So you are intentionally having emails bounce?
Huh? No.
The receiving MTA at my ISP rejected an email from the list with:

My (email) ISP said "sender domain does not exist".
Here's one that Robert Xu inquired of me about (because it was from the
list -- my list message being sent on to him.)

Xu's email provider (Gmail) reported "Unauthenticated email is not
accepted from this domain."
Lisi also reported a "warning from trinity-users(a)lists.pearsoncomputing.net"
on September 22, but she did not inlude the report body showing the
reason for the rejection. She showed the headers from the email
notifying her of the rejection -- not the rejection report.
(At least that's what I see at
http://trinity-users.pearsoncomputing.net/?0::3615 )
I get one rejection notification every 10 days or so. So far the
"warning from trinity-users(a)lists.pearsoncomputing.net" makes it to
me and, so, ezmlm does not think me to be a 'hard bounce' (a
no-longer-valid email addy.)
One thing: I've been on the list since, maybe, back in April (or
earlier), and I only think I've seen this 'problem' in the last 2
months or so.
