were so easy. Maybe it is.
I'm on nightly builds on top of Natty. Some rough edges, but definitely
usable.
One of the rough edges is that the printer wizard has no printer defs.
So the question is, which file or files do I need to grab from my old
Trinity/Lucid installation (which was done from CD, not nightlies)?
Is that even doable? If it was 1991, I could probably just copy
/etc/printcap ... :-)

This is definitely a bug and needs to be fixed before release. It would
probably have been better for you to file a bug report when you first
noticed it; that way we could have isolated the issue more quickly.
Also, what rough edges are you referring to? We would like to fix as many
of those as possible prior to release.

Actually I just tried to reproduce the bug on local Maverick and Natty
systems and could not. When I went to the Add Printer Wizard it rebuilt
the driver database and presented me with a list of printer models to
choose from.
Are we talking about the same control panel utility here?
