It's a short time because not many packages upgraded, and with "mirror.ppa", long time because, many packages upgraded.
Isn't "mirror.xcer.cz" for pre 14.0.7?
I don't know anymore if i's "mirror.xcer.cz" or "mirror.ppa" who makes a complete upgrade, sorry.
