Hi Gene!
Thanks for testing. Which version of TDE are you on?
R14.0.6. And here the sticky bit is ignored if the mouse wheel
moves a degree while going past one of those lines with the sticky
checked. Its such a pita that I have to fix at least one of those
option lines back to a legit setting at least daily. And I didn't
change it, the mouse did in the 2 milliseconds it took it to roll
over those lines while heading up to click on the msg send button.
IMNSHO thats a BUG!
Ok, that is different frpm what I see: as soon as I pick i.g.
"folderlist" from the dropdown list and it style was set to bold, then
it set to "italic" just by selecting the item. My mousewheel does not
move, I have a kensington trackball (that one with the big ball).
Send me by PM if its not too much trouble, the
instructions for an
automatic login via the keyfile shares. I didn't get all my stuff
converted, and its asking for a user login is breaking the scripts
that setup all my sshfs stuff at reboots. I've moved and repurposed
one machine and added another running jessie since that was setup
2-3 years ago.
Manuall way: You just need to copy your public key ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub
over to the remote computer and then add the public key to
~/.ssh/authorized_keys on the remote computer.
Or you can use "ssh-copy-id user(a)remote.computer"quot;, which should do
that automatically.

Thanks Nik.
That command works for the picnc, an rpi3b running jessie, which in turn
is running my 11x54 Sheldon Lathe. But sshnet has died. Don't know as it
was working before, and its recently become a problem, I'll reboot it.
Didn't help. sudo umount picnc returned an error the 2nd time from a
shell on this, but then the sshfs mount worked again. Whatever was
there, was a long string of ?????????????????, but its fixed now.
Must be low on coffee yet, Nik. But I now login automatically. That
leaves 2 other machines to do that to, but they aren't powered ATM,
needed drop cord elsewhere. :(
Need power for a new 6040 sized gantry style machine on garage ceiling.
Its only 2 feet away in the garage door opener, but I'm restricted from
climbing on the monkey bars type activities by the surgeon and can't get
at it for about 90 days, must avoid long reaches and weights with the
left arm else I might dislodge the tickler wire from my new pacemaker.
Yeah, I'm part bionic these days. My pulse, never ultra steady, was
playing hit and miss, sorta like an old farm engine, averaging 35 or so
when I decided I needed help & drove myself to the ER. Feeling LOTS
better now. I asked the surgeon just before he put it in if he could get
another 25,000 miles out of this old carcass. His reply was that I'd
have to be getting tickets for driving too slow to only get that as the
battery was a ten year battery. Smartass... So I guess I'll be around
to pester you all for a while yet.
Thanks Nik.

Hi Gene,
good it works. You mention picnc ... is it worth to give it a try? I have my RPi3 with
hal_gpio running quite fine, but only 2 cores are usable for userspace, which makes things
a bit slow. But my cheesecutter works quite fine with it, running TDE on RPi3 and getting
~ 12 mm/s (720mm/min) with hal_gpio :-)
