Menu / Settings / Menu Editor (or right click on
the T-menu button)
and choose the Internet / KMail menu entry to edit.
In the image I have the text cursor positioned exactly at the spot
you need to edit in order to prefix "/usr/bin/" to "kmail".
I don't see an image attached to this email.
