Hi Nik,
Atlantik Designer is an addon for Atlantik that is part of tdeaddons - see https://mirror.git.trinitydesktop.org/cgit/tdeaddons/tree/atlantikdesigner
For this reason, tdeaddons pulls the atlantikdesigner-trinity package.
