What's the return policy? Sometimes the only way to know for sure is to try

However the supplier doesn't know if it's
Linux compatible and the
Hewlet Packard site doesn't help either.
I would be surprised if supplier knew it. He probably knows that it is
Windows certified :)
I usually go through the list of hardware (chipset and related) and see if
it is well supported in the kernel.
The other thing I usually do is look for linux + model + problems, so I get
