It does adjust. On 7/3/15 you were at GMT -5. And on 8/3/15 you were
at GMT -4. That is presumably when edst came in, assuming that you
didn't move.
Sorry, I'll take pity. Anyhow on the rest of you! This is an
international list, and I try to remember it. So 7/3/15 means 7th
March 2015. Please Gene, could you reciprocate? (And remember that
