Simple kmail reset?

My parents, who are a bit visually impaired (and in their 90s), have managed (somehow) to wipe out some bits of kmail, probably by dragging bits of window edges around. It's a bit difficult to discover, because I can't easily get to their computer, because they live a long way away, so any reset instructions will have to be given by telephone.

Is there any easy way (see above) of setting kmail back to its default appearance without losing settings such as server type/passwords/filters? Since they are using imap, I guess that folder lists will be ok.
