Mail setup: Search Fu / Server Fault
Use any Linux distribution you want, just make sure to add a root conrtab to
auto-update nightly.
As desired, I can share the bash script I use to setup an SSH tunnel to check
mail with end to end encryption along with the KMail settings to support it.
