Also not listed on the Trinity live CD page: Sparky Linux also had a
Trinity version, but the one on their download page is not the most
current version of Sparky. Sparky is pretty much Debian with some
enhancements. Similar to Exe/Gnu.
I just rolled my own Wheezy 7.6 + Xfce + Trinity using the Exe/Gnu
Snapshot script. It's the best/fastest OS I've used so far, and Snapshot
is the best remastering + installer script I've used so far.
FreeBSD sounds like a possibility (and no systemd). Thinking of
installing to see about running TDE in it. But its boot image
requires a MBR primary or GUID partition. So I would have to back up
my disk in order to convert to GUID partitioning...one thing leads to
another...will consider it...Robert
