Are you sure about that? I looked at the init script and it seems to do
a grep on the kdm config file. When you use the theme selector, it
should override the value causing the grep to fail and not include the
default theme.

It seems I'm still not able to sign up to Bugzilla. I don't get the
sign
up e-mail when I fill in my address.
The reason the Kubuntu KDM theme doesn't show, is because the directory
kdm-settings in the source and when installed /etc/default/kdm.d is
missing from kubuntu-default-settings-kde3. Is there a reason this was
removed? It would be nice if it could be added back, so the Kubuntu
theme in KDM would work again.
