Kmails clock is off 2 hours since edst took effect

Greetings all; This is the clock shown in the upper right corner of the message window. I have never had kmail display a clock before until installing TDE R14. Or is it? It was showing 0.08 when I sat down a minute ago, but the system time for the rest of the clocks was 2:08. But I just pulled this composer window down so I could see it again, and now its correct.
