I would love to, but I have no idea to which component I should file the
issue. IMO it is two issues - one from TCC resulting in ???? and second
somewhere else - observed in Konqueror

it probably belongs to tdelibs or tdebase or both, so you can either report it in those
repos or just use the general
TDE/tde repo.
I am also not sure why it would work on my primary PC
and not in the newly
installed.
Is the locale the same between the two machines? And what version of TDE is installed?
