Until we have enough TDE users, who care enough to change it, there is not much inconvenience, and surely we can just live with it.
As a user, I see no incovenience, only the joy of not seeing changed what ain't broke, and unrepeated consequent waste of time relearning. What a waste were KDE4 and 5. The KDE3 legacy is a great one. No material justification for changing TDE exists. What if people changed their names with every change of wardrobe?
