It doesn't seem intuitive to my (very very) little brain :)
Maybe there is a better way to place the link to this wiki page, with a
name such as testing?
You're right; the page was badly buried. I only knew to look for it
because I ran across it on the Wiki a long time ago!
I added a direct link to the site's main Development page:
