Hi !
I've installed trinity today for the first time.
Until yesterday I used an old installation of KDE 3.5 (debian, probably
lenny; but today it's squeeze with some wheezy elements). I have couple of
questions about the KDE -> Trinity transition and the first one is: Is
there an way to import as many settings as possible from my old KDE
settings directory?
Thanks !

Hey Ilya,
There is a script in the works to automatically convert KDE3 -> Trinity
profiles. Here is a link to the related bug enhancement request, with the
script available as an attachment.

I do not endorse this, and have not tried it, but Darrell has been using it
quite successfully. I've also heard that copying .kde3 to .trinity can work
as well :-) Just make sure to backup anything before you try either option.
