Have I ever said that is has to be removed completely? It can always stay
in the icon theme list. I have no problem with keeping Crystal SVG
available.
I think that what could be a good option is to modify Kpersonalizer to:
1. Ensure that every themes are in the list (it isn't like that as of now)
2. Add a page to let the user choose between a ''TDE classic'' theme and
a
''TDE modern'' theme

I have to agree with everything you have said here. What I wonder is
why the older themes had to be removed? I'm sure that there are plenty
of people like me who are perfectly happy with the old themes, but are
discouraged when they are dropped from the package.
