Thanks, Nik! Meanwhile her U&^$&^( ISP has slowed me down to the point
of unusability, presumably under their "fair use policy", so I have had

Keyserver is not wrong - my key is on "all" public gpg keyservers, so it is
theoretically possible to use any public keyserver. Unfortunately,
sometimes have some servers outages. For example, as previously mentioned
keyserver on gpg.cz that did not work until now :(
