No, it's not installed
It cause weeks worth of problems for me until I figured it out. If you do have it installed, try uninstalling it. Also look at your inode file associations.
Blockdevice, chardevice, directory-locked, fifo and socket are empty Directory and system-directory start with konqueror.
Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree here but I thought I'd mention it.
