Use AirNav? (Edit
AirportsBase.org, below seems easier to sift.)
This gives you many* of British Columbia by City and Airport name
https://www.airnav.com/airports/ca/BC
* "The above list contains only public use airports and may be incomplete."
They also show having lists for Military Use, Private Use, Balloonports,
Gliderports, Heliports, Seaplane bases, Ultralight flightparks
Balloonports? How cool...
Not sure what to do with this one:
| CWBR;71;049;B, R;;Canada;4;66-02N;091-50W;;;31;;
66°2'N, 91°50'W, according to mapquest, is in the middle of Siberia(!)
and "B, R" isn't much of a name. :-) Any thoughts?
AirNav says it doesn't exist? Maybe just not public? Anyway, digging
deeper it seems to be in Brown River, Northwest Territories, Canada.
I discovered that the map search tool I was using doesn't translate
°'"E|W
properly into signed decimal degrees. My bad.

[AirportsBase.org's] database has more 40000 records about world airports,
including ICAO, IATA codes, geographical coordinates (location) of all
airports in the world.
