FWIW, it is the same here, too.
I happen to have an old $HOME saved on the system, and grep'ping
.trinity/share/config/kdeglobals for "invalid" only shows
ActiveColor=invalid
ActiveColor2=invalid
ActiveColor=invalid
ActiveColor2=invalid
That $HOME goes back 5 or more years...
My kdeglobals contains not a single "invalid"—all those colour entries
are filled out, but I have no idea what, if anything, they do.
