SlavekYes correct, I have wheezy-backports enabled and cannot find any newer version.
Is this the culprit?
I suspected that it caused the previous version libtqt3. Your information exclude this suspicion. It seems that this is really a new bug that
should
be reported. Calvin reported the same problem:

Note that the nightly builds repository is currently in an inconsistent state pending a minor TDE build system change. I expect some of these issues to sort themselves out once a rebuild has been completed.
