btw: ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/slavek-banko/axis/ubuntu seem to be very slow at the evening from Czech republic.

Nightly-builds are development versions. It is not suitable for normal use.

PPA is on compilation servers - (probably) is not on the mirrors - it is slow everywhere. I suppose that after testing the packages will be issued as an official update for 3.5.13 and will be on the mirrors.
