You might have to remove your email address from the list, then add it to the
list again, but make the "reply-to" address the user-list address:

(Out of all possibilities, this seems most likely. Maybe others will know

Also I created an email template just for the list (as well as for other
regular correspondents), so whenever I create a new email, I click on the
template rather than "new email"; when I reply, of course, it uses my
previous settings.
However, others have mentioned getting duplicate emails from my address, when
a mistake such as hitting send twice, or resending, wasn't possible; so I am
not entirely confident that my email doesn't sometimes show up.
It would be nice to be able to reproduce my results, so that everybody here
can hide their email addresses.

Hi All,
I key my emails to who's suppose to be sending them (see above). I'm
starting to get spam to the email I use for this list. Anyone else
getting spam as well? Last one pasted below (with some snipping and
HTML and other uniqueness removed).
Note: cPanel's domain is cpanel.net, not .com.
Last I knew our email addresses were not published in the list
archives, did that change?

Yeah, that's why I tried hiding my email address. I forget now how it's
supposed to be done, but (when done correctly) email address show up as
username(a)trinity.etc (or whatever).
I thought that I had done it right, but now I find that I just send out
duplicate emails to the list: one with my address hidden, substituting
@trinity.etc instead, and of course another, with my real email address
exposed. Whenever I fiddle round with the settings, I only seem to make
things worse.
