In English it's "Rename Icons Inline". That's a little cryptic; I think

would be better called something like, "In Icon View, click filename to
rename". I rarely use Icon Mode, so had never tried it before now. I don't
know, but I would guess it works only in Icon View because it would be very
inconvenient in other Views, to have it go into Rename mode every time you
click on a filename.
