May be you need some group membership - are you in
netdev? Not sure where
this dbus message comes from. I don't
find "org.freedesktop.SystemToolsBackends" :
"org.freedesktop.SystemToolsBackends"
is in /etc/dbus-1/
I also don't find network-admin :
This
command comes from "net-tools" package...
I am on Debian and it looks like you are not :
I'm on Debian Stretch :-)
"network-admin" is in directory /usr/bin/
dbus permissions are also set in the /etc/dbus-1 :
How to change dbus permissions ?
I solved the problem (not really, but ok) by reinstalling dbus,
(install --reinstall),
and put the command "network" in the menu by "launch in root".
Now I have the graphic window to make the configurations.
If I choose to remove dbus with --purge and reinstallation,
the system imposes to remove all the Trinity packages.
