That I fixed by moving konqueror to the top of the list. And
the next link I tried, worked. But I haven't tried but one.
We'll see. FWIW, I moved konqueror to the top of that list
yesterday too, but iceweasel had been restored to the top of the
list when I looked again today. I'll be watching it daily to
see if it changes by itself again.
Does Iceweasel think it is the default? Did you tell it that it
was at one stage?

About a week ago when I'd gotten tired of chromium's missfires. But
that didn't fix much, so I put konqueror to the top of the list, but
apparently it has a mind of its own.
I will not even run iceweasel before I check that again tomorrow.
