From clicking login to finishing reloading of the prior session containing
only Konsole and Help Center windows took ~50 seconds, with the vast majority
of it on the fifth of seven icons blinking. Other upgrades from 14.0.13 to
14.1.0 seem to be similarly affected, Debian, Fedora, Mageia & openSUSE so
far IIRC. Are others noticing this?
