Is keyserver.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net down?

The installation instructions at http://www.trinitydesktop.org/installation.php says to run the command sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net --recv-keys 2B8638D0 This fails with gpgkeys: HTTP fetch error 7: couldn't connect to host Would someone please check out the server?
