Its under tools near the lower middle of the dropdown menu.

I don't have "Options" in composer on either of my two machines one
running 3.5.13 and one running 14.0.01
My automatic spell-checking was non-existent for years, but
appeared suddenly, a short while ago, after an update. I don't
know exactly when, since I don't think that I noticed it
immediately.

There has been some "odd" for want of a better word, behaviours when
updating recently.
