Well, the thing about dropping net neutrality was a typical effect of democracy. Unfortuntely most internet users wanted it. It was only needed to re-formulate question. Not asking about "quality of service", but shouting "Free mobile facebook/Google/???!". I've seen such actions in many mobile operators' ads, and users were happy. The only hope in mesh networks, or "digital post doves". MCbx
