greets! Nik had a color problem in konqueror, I have one in VLC. this is in a variant of Trinity called q4os running Buster and VLC 3.0.10. if I open 'multiple files' menu and add video files, the line for the first file is legible, the next line is black (not 'blank' but black) and this alternates. in fact a similar phenomenon occurs if I go to Tools --> Preferences --> Show Settings (All). here I get the alternating readable/black line but if I click on the black line it's readable but as a white font against a blue background. I am using the default skin; other skins don't help. no other application I'm using shows these symptoms. there are probably questions to answer about the display manager and so on but I can't anticipate them so I await them or advice. thank you!
