whenever next I reinstall my
system. If it eliminates the need to install the MATE desktop, then you
definitely will be owed props from everybody.
From those who don't know how to do a minimal base install sure, but not
from everybody. There's no need to install Mate or KDE or any other DE
before adding TDE. Minimal installation with no X or DE, then adding, TDE
has been normal procedure here since I learned of TDE.
