Unfortunaly I can't answer your question. I don't know where qt4tdestyle comes
from, I don't have it in my style list.
I happen to be using keepassxc instead of keepassx. It's a fork and says it
includes bugfixes, maybe you can look if keepassxc works with qt4tdestyle?
