There is a small trick: This I assume you know;
- Right click on Desktop -> Create New -> Link to Application
- Choose name and icon a you wish
- In "Application" enter mc as command
And now commes the "trick" :)
- Click on "Advanced Options"
- select "Run in terminal"
That lets you run mc from the desktop. Thierry
