Have you considered contacting a KDE representative
and releasing KDE 3.5.11 or
even KDE 3.6? Would you like me to see exactly how that would be done?
I think this would be difficult as KDE3.5 has been intentionally frozen. There is not a
lack of developers, but the source repo is deliberately closed.
