The Problem is:
1 want to add an icon that is a link to an app. As soon as I want to select an image for
that icon the problem starts
2 I have already an existing is on vía add app to the docker. I want to changer the image
and the problem starts I could send a video if that is helpful

Here it is likely that it is caused by some icon. Can you try to move the
icons aside and gradually move them back to find the icon that is causing
this problem? There, it would be useful to get an icon so that the problem
can be investigated and solved.

However the kicker problem still persists. So I can't generate or change
