At the bottom right of the main Kmail window, a progress bar shows when mail
is downloading, and if the up-arrow is clicked, and expanded progress bar for
each account is shown. Is there a way to tell Kmail to always show the
epanded progress bars, so that I don't have to enable that every time I open
Kmail?
