Requirements are minimal resource usage with a lightweight and user-friendly DE (thanks TDE) I support also the (Debian-based) Refracta project. It uses xfce, probably the best lightweight "mainstream" DE, however TDE remains my preference for overall GUI functionality. The ExeGNU installer and snapshot/remaster utility is "forked" from Refracta to suit TDE David
